1. Why is there a shipping charge when some items I'm purchasing have "free shipping"?

While some items in your cart may offer "free shipping," others may not. If you have at least one item that requires shipping, you will only be charged for that item's shipping. You are not being charged shipping for the additional items that offer "free shipping."

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our products are made on-demand, meaning once you place an order, we start the production process. Production typically takes 3-7 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days after fulfillment. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only offer fulfillment for orders in the US and Canada. If you are located in a different region, please reach out and let us know! That will help us make future improvements

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it’s placed, so changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours after purchase, we will do our best to make changes or cancel an order within that time period. After that, the order is already in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

6. What is your return/exchange policy?

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. To read more about our return process, click here.

7. What if I ordered the wrong size?

As our items are custom printed on demand, we encourage you to double-check our size guides before ordering. We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues, but feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about fit before purchasing.

8. Why does my order have a different print color than expected?

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different screen settings and print methods. We do our best to ensure the colors in our images are as close as possible to the final product.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

10. Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

Yes, we can accommodate bulk orders or custom designs. Please contact us directly with the details of your request, and we’ll work with you to create something special.
